Performance Sports Training Overview
This is an opportunity for young women to learn and grow in the weight room. In a fun and hardworking environment, these young women will see growth in their strength and knowledge within the weight room. Athletes will receive lifting plans and technical feedback. This area of training for female athletes is often neglected and gaining knowledge and experience early will help grow confidence and in turn performance. We welcome young women of all sport backgrounds with the goals of getting better and stronger!

Endurance Running Club Overview
This is for any females who run distance events from the 800 and up. It can be for those who run 15 miles/week or 50! Our goal is to help you grow your knowledge and fitness through education and running to get you ready for your upcoming season. Through personalized training together on Sundays, we will work on getting stronger and faster. We will be able to see this progress from our first FASST open meet to our last one. For those who want more guidance on how to train through the week, we are here to help facilitate a training program that works for you as well. You’ll also get to hear many success stories from other champion women on how to improve mindset, nutrition, reduce injuries and more at our weekly clinics prior to training!

Why ChampionWOMEN?
From Coach Kaitlyn -
Performance and strength training has many benefits for young female athletes. Better mental health, decreased stress levels, and better sleep are all areas beyond physical performance that are improved through strength training. I want young women to be confident and knowledgeable when entering the weight room. With this program I hope female athletes can become stronger, more confident, more well-rounded, and see positive results within their respected sports. ChampionWOMEN will be a safe, driven, and a fun learning environment to become better with every session.
From Coach Kassie -
"As a female athlete myself, I never had the right education to set myself up for success in high school. Now as collegiate female athlete with more experience and knowledge, I have been able to become a successful runner. I want to empower younger female athletes to go above and beyond what they think is possible. ChampionWOMEN will be a safe, positive, and fun environment for you to thrive."
